Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds:
Our Customer’s satisfaction is our #1 priority. Shop with confidence when you shop at superautomerc.com. You can rest assured that you are in good hands.To keep our customers satisfied and secured we offer:
- A full or partial refund if you do not want the product you received, you are required to contact us via email at support@superautomerc.com within 14 days of receiving the item. After the claim is approved, you will receive a notification from us regarding the approval and then the item needs to be either sent back to the warehouse if within the USA or correspondence via email for all other countries shall be set in place to guide you through the necessary procedures.
- A full or partial refund incase you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are required to submit photo evidence to support@superautomerc.com within 14 days of receiving the item. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.
If you experienced any of the above scenarios, you must report the issue within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- We do not refund for Product packaging damage as long as the product itself is intact, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
- Missing orders. In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but you did not receive the item, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
- Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by you;
- Your order does not arrive due to an exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)
How do I request a return, exchange, or refund?
If you want to initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please complete the following steps:
- In the event of a return, exchange, or refund request, please contact us via email at support@superautomerc.com and include the evidence required;
- After we have approved the order return, exchange or refund, the product must be returned to our warehouse at the address provided within the response email. You must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused; ( This applies to USA ONLY ) ( It does not apply to other countries as the USA warehouse does not ship overseas and you will be notified via email correspondence on what actions are to be take in this regard ).
- You must provide a tracking number;
- Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product or process a refund for damaged or incorrect product we require a tracking number for the item returned to be provided.
- Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer personal reasons, such as didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, etc.
- We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or a faulty product.
- Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
